Dog Home Foundation does it’s best to accurately represent the size, quality, delivery method, description, photo, and cost for all the products that it sells for the purpose of raising money for the charity. We will evaluate all communication for refund.
Refunds for sponsorships or donations
Dog Home Foundation does it’s best to accurately and securely collect and forward on data to our 3rd party payment gateways as well as displaying donation responses and communicating back to the donor via email. If there is any problem with donations, the messages, the amounts or even if you have a change of mind, we take your concerns seriously. We will evaluate all communication for refunds for sponsorships or donations on a case by case basis.
